Open House – a new format of events in the Real Estate sector
On December 4th, our spectacular event from @wowhome_realestate took place in Barcelona – a presentation of a house designed by the renowned French architect Éric Morvan for potential buyers, investors, and professionals in the fields of real estate, architecture, and lifestyle.
That evening was not just an introduction to the property, but a true event: wine tasting, a cooking show, a DJ set, a laser show, a carefully crafted atmosphere, and delightful company.
The house became the stage, the architecture served as the decor, and the guests became part of a living scenario.

The ART HOUSE, located in Poblenou, Barcelona, just 150 meters from the sea, is a remarkable transformation of a 20th-century wine warehouse into a prestigious creative headquarters, reflecting contemporary design trends and cultural significance.
