Presented on July 9, 2026, during Paris Couture Week at the Palais de Tokyo, the RVNG Autumn/Winter 2026 Couture Collection, titled “Transformation,” marks a bold statement for the house.
Designer Jordan Hyatt, the founder and creative director of RVNG (pronounced “revenge”), conceived this off-schedule show as a meditation on fashion as a living, responsive art form.
The core philosophy of the collection is that transformation is a continuous process, not a single event.
Garments are envisioned as “living architecture” that is only completed through the presence and movement of the wearer.
The silhouette is never static; it shifts and reveals new forms, creating a “living record” of the person who inhabits it.
To achieve this, Hyatt employs “invisible architecture”, hidden wire frameworks and internal armatures that allow soft materials like silk tulle and velvet to hold dramatic sculptural volume while remaining lightweight and responsive.
The designs play with displaced volume and balance, expanding beyond expectation before restoring harmony through precision draping.
The color palette is anchored in black, which acts as a structural language, with saturated pops of cobalt, crimson, and amber used sparingly for dramatic intensity.
Key details include glass-beaded fringe that captures and amplifies every gesture of the body.
This couture presentation follows RVNG’s previous acclaimed shows, including “BLOOM” for S/S 2026 and “Continuum” for F/W 2025.
Hyatt, who learned to sew from her grandmother and built the brand from her living room, continues to expand the label’s international presence and celebrity following.
“Transformation” solidifies RVNG’s reputation for turning fashion into an immersive, sculptural dialogue between fabric and form.
