JUANA MARTÍN began her career in 1999, in 2001 she participated as a novel in the International Flamenco Fashion Show, in which she won, in 2003, the award for the best collection.
And his career has not stopped growing since then. She has been one of the protagonists of the book “50 Gypsy Women in Spanish Society” (2003), which was co-edited by the Fundación Secretariado Gitano and the Institute for Women. In 2005 she became the first Andalusian woman and the first gypsy woman to reach the Cibeles catwalk, obtaining great success.Since 2014, Juana Martín has been associated with the Association of Fashion Creators of Spain.
Without missing, from the date of its debut, to any edition of the current MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK. She opened its first store in Córdoba in June 2007 and in December of that same year it opened its second store in the city of Seville. Restless creator, launched in 2009 which is her second brand: ICONICAJUANA. Currently, its collections can be purchased at the Atelier de Córdoba or at the Showroom in Madrid. It also has a store in Marbella (Malaga). Today she is one of the most versatile designers in Spanish fashion, with collections such as “Redención” in Pret-á-Porter or “La chica de la India” in Flamenco Fashion.
